Nick has a passion for guiding people on their financial journey.  After graduating from Towson University, with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Planning, Nick served as a Registered Wealth Management Client Associate for a nationally ranked Forbes Top 100 Wealth Advisor, and the #1 wealth management team in Maryland.  In this role, Nick worked with high net worth and high-profile clientele and utilized care and discretion in handling private financial matters.

Nick saw an opportunity to transition to a new role, within the financial industry, to use his financial background to assist people with often the biggest financial decision of their lives, namely mortgage and financing requirements.  In this role, Nick has the opportunity to work personally with each client to understand their financial goals and help them pursue their dreams for both home and lifestyle.  

By partnering with the Ratti Lending Team at Envoy Mortgage, Nick has a depth of resources and experience to provide lending services to strategic partners and their clients.  His team specializes in renovation loans, jumbo loans, and waterfront homes.  He also works with many first-time home buyers who are just realizing the financial power of owning their own home.  

Nick specializes in strategic partnerships with Accountants, Estate Planning Attorneys, Financial Planners, Realtors, and Home Builders to help their clients achieve their goals.
